Supplied on the reel, the Politube range of tubular film is designed for manufacturers requiring a fast, efficient packing method which in turn, reduces labour and total packing costs. bpi.visqueen's long experience and technical expertise in film production has enabled it to develop downgauged films which whilst thinner and more environmentally friendly deliver the same exceptional performance levels. Our ability to downgauge also allows for more film per reel, representing a reduced number of reel changes and further improving operational costs and line efficiency. Downgauged film means manufacturers use less film by weight which helps to enhance their business' environmental credentials.

Visqueen Politube tubular film on the reel can be printed in up to 8 colours using process print technology, guaranteeing a high visual impact and extending corporate identity. If required, the gusseted section of the pack can also be printed to further highlight the brand or product identification details meaning no space is wasted.

Additionally, the Politube range is shower-proof, helping to maximise outside storage options and stockholding levels.

The entire Politube range of tubular film on the reel is 100% recyclable - an important factor in today's environmentally-aware society.
