ISO & IBC Liners

For a business to be profitable, it is vital that costs are minimised and time maximised. In recent years companies transporting bulk products in both powder and liquid formats have moved towards shipping such products in either standard container boxes or intermediary bulk containers. Recognising this, bpi.visqueen has developed an innovative range of durable, cost effective polythene liners for such applications.

ISO liners and IBC liners perform an important function in the transportation and storage of bulk products. Manufactured using high strength, versatile, food grade polythene, our puncture resistant liners provide effective protection for powders and liquids from loading through to discharge.

ISO liners fall into two distinct categories for applications as “Dry” and “Liquid” products. Dry liners are used for single trip transportation in standard bulk containers for free flowing powders or granule. The liner serves the purpose of containing and preventing contamination to the product whilst being transported in the bulk container. bpi.visqueen provides a range of liners to service this market.

Flexible IBC’s, which are manufactured from woven polypropylene, come typically in 500kg and 1000kg capacities. In the majority of cases they require polythene liners which are in the main shaped to assist with filling and discharge. All bpi.visqueen IBC liners are ink-jet coded for traceability and are vented to release pressure. The neck width of the liner can be varied to allow for different densities of product. Additionally, as the liners are mainly used for packaging hygroscopic goods, it is vital that the contents don't come into contact with moisture. All bpi.visqueen IBC liners have been developed to meet this important requirement.
