Visqueen Polivalve

Polivalve, the high performance range of block bottom valve sacks, are suitable for use with a variety of flake or granular products such as polymers, fertilizer or animal feed.

Developed for use on several filling systems Polivalve block bottom valve sacks can be manufactured bespoke to individual customer specifications thereby ensuring they offer advanced protection for specific applications.

Polivalve sacks can be produced in a variety of formats through a combination of filling valves, film colours and sack dimensions to meet almost every conceivable demand. Sacks can be specified for filling temperatures up to 110°C.

Open mouth block bottom sacks are also available as UV-stabilised, mono-extruded, two or three-layer co-extruded versions. In addition Polivalve's perforation options ensure that sack contents can 'breathe' as required.

In order to ensure a high visual impact and to help maximise brand identity, Visqueen Polivalve sacks can be printed in up to 6 colours on all four sides. Our technical team can work with customers to generate outstanding, eye-catching print designs which, coupled with Polivalve's perfect shape for stacking, are sure to attract attention.

The Polivalve block bottom sack range continues to evolve as raw materials and manufacturing technologies advance. As such downgauged (lighter, thinner) varieties are available for suitable applications. Downgauged sacks allows users to reduce overall packaging waste and enhance their environmental credentials.
